tutoring a daughter of my friends...decreased the rate...is it right?

friends of mine asked to tutor their dd. I do tutor in the evenings as additional income. I am qualified teacher. felt bad asking the full price...so gave 30 percent discount for each lesson. now as it gies into longer term arrangements not sure if I did the right thing...what wiuld you do?

I gave mates rate to one of my friends who has since brought in at least 2 more tutees. It makes 20 quid per month's difference. She's a good mate and I enjoy tutoring her daughter. She's written a great review online for me too. So I'm happy to carry on as is for those reasons.
Only you can decide how well it's working for you, based on your own criteria and circumstances.

I also do mates rates for friends and people I know. I think you did the right thing.

I am less 60 pounds a months so feel a bit uneasy...
