I'm working in a failing school atm with all that entails. I've just been to look round a local private school, which was recommended as a great place to work by a colleague, and I think I may be shortlisted.
Thing is ... it's not really 'me', think v formal (R) no outside area, whereas I am a messy splashy kind of teacher. Oh dear I don't know what to do!
