This term can do one. We've lost two former (at uni) students and an ex trainee to Cancer. 2 students are undergoing extreme treatment at the moment with others under investigation. I had an op for a MMC on Friday and get in to school today to discover one of my Year 13s has had a heart attack!

oh no, that is terrible..I have lost a few ex students along the way to cancer (including one whilst still at school), a few in RTAs and a murder and it is so sad to lose anyone so young but to have the all in one term..and a yr 13 with a heart attack...I am not surprised you want to see the back of this term. I am very sorry, such a difficult time for your school and all of you.

So sad Doctor, we lost a colleague and two students all in one term a few years back. It was absolutely horrendous for the families and the school. I hope everyone is rallying round to support each other, that is the only way to get through these awful situations.
