I am writing an assignment on what schools can do to encourage middle to higher ability children to develop greater aspirations and promote their cognitive development further. Can anybody point me in the direction of any books/articles/ theories which might help me address this issue? Despite spending hours on google scholar and athens I am struggling to find anything
