What can we write in personal development.

On what? Your performance management? Your application?

Yes perfomance management.. When you work in Nursery Nurse once a year you have to do your personal development plan. I'm not sure what to write in it. Do I need to write about my future plan or what.

Our NN's both have three targets. One is relating to pupil progress and is linked between the whole team, one is to do with specific skills or knowledge they want to develop (e.g. Makaton training, autism awareness, developing outdoor education, Forest Schools) and the final one is personal. That one is more to do with career development, additional qualifications or experience that they are interested in.
