I have been a teacher for 20 years but a class teacher for the first 14. Since then, I've been supply teaching and have done further training (self-funded SpLD Level 7).
Is there an upfront way of filling the gap in my teachers' pension that's been created through having a shirt carter break. I'm sure to return to a school once both children are at school.
