I have an interview for a secondary TA post next week and it's the first time I've applied for this type of job. I have some experience volunteering in my children's primary school, Sunday school etc but no paid work to date. What can I expect? I know they like questions to be answered using real life examples etc, but if they ask me about how I'd deal with difficult behaviour I could struggle, as I've thankfully not had to do this much in real life (apart from my own children!) What is the 'correct' answer to this sort of question? There is also going to be a short period of 'observation' which is worrying me a bit...all advice much appreciated!
