Degree options for a future teacher

Hi, quick question. I am considering degree options for next year and I was wondering whether anyone had any advice as to whether a degree in one subject was favoured over a degree with a minor subject too. I am definitely going to do Psychology but considering doing it with a minor in Human Biology or Criminology.

Any advice would be great!
