I have an interview at a secure training centre on Thursday, I don't have to prepare a lesson but am now worried about the sort of questions they will ask me. Anybody got any ideas?

How you'd deal with challenging behaviour? Maybe read up on some team teach ideas. How you'd help those lacking basic literacy and numeracy skills.
