Has anyone taught French or German to Early Years children?

I work in a pre school and we are planning to offer French/German lessons from September (I have a French/German degree).

I've been looking for a resource pack but not sure if such a thing exists or if I need to just gather some bits and pieces together and make it up as I go along!

Has anyone done this?

I think for the younger age groups songs and games are the key!

I second the sunderland stuff. I teach French to years 3 and 4 and for those children we use the Catherine Cheater scheme of work, which has songs and finger rhymes as well as stories. It goes down well.
