Ugh. OFSTED!

Why is this whole thing so stressful. Had them in last week. Hours of lesson plans, totally exhausted colleagues up all hours preparing. The whole situation is so stupid and so stressful.

Why is this allowed to continue? The stress of it is stupid

Had ours this week. My adrenaline/nervous energy is still pumping - hence why I'm awake again at this crazy hour. Found it really hard work, the new framework is very, very tough! I wouldn't want to be a struggling school, with a weaker head!

My hands were killing me when I got home, and I just couldn't understand why. Then I realised I'd been clenching hands all day!

The only good thing about it is that it's over so quickly!
