No - the Met said that the letter was specifically addressed to the Fixated persons unit - just one of the odd aspects of this letter that made no sense

I consider my self fairly intelligent and I devour murder books, police procedure etc. and I'd never heard of it before this current fiasco, wonder how many people prior to this had heard of the Fixated squad?

I have often thought this. Catherine has exactly what Meg wants and that includes a warm, loving family.

Meghan and Harry have had a chance of creating a better environment for their children than she experienced yet they doesn't seem to be managing it. They could have been enjoying a quiet, lovely life with their children, developing relationships with his family in the UK, quietly supporting their chosen charities but they chose to turn the lives of their children into a circus and now want to blame the rest of the world, anyone but themselves.

Which is exactly why I find the scenario so hard to believe. An error must have been made in a statement at some point or it sounds highly (too) dubious.
A fixated person just wouldn't write to the Fixated Persons department. (Although obviously they should.)

Had Wace evicted them yet ?

The rumour is that it's already happened. If it has, where are they now and have the Hamlet's gone back to school?

The DM article upthread is sadly lacking a decent copy-editor.

The date references jump about a bit, but this sentence was the worst:
'a man actively under investigation in at least one countries.'

A simple Word-style SPAG check would surely catch that, right?

I wrote on the previous thread about this - I had never heard about it until I started reading the recent threads on here

I was discussing this last evening with some friends and one of them used to work in a psychiatric hospital. Apparently one of the elderly patients used to write to Queen Elizabeth II occasionally and the letters were fairly uncomplimentary as he believed that only males should inherit the throne. He used to receive replies from a Lady-in-Waiting thanking him for his interest in the monarchy and a couple of out of date postcards of the RF or BP would be included. I presume the Fixated Persons Unit handle things differently nowadays!

And wealthy.

I don't think that TMSnr is particularly hard up, he had a very successful career in film production and he was abe to support his daughter through private school and university. In addition, there are many many families who are not wealthy but they are good parents, loving their children and supporting them in many ways, money isn't essential to be good parents, although obviously it helps.

Full boarding at their children’s school is just over £60k.

Harriet's daughter was there before she met Peter so she obviously isn't short of a bob or two.

He was declared bankrupt at one point and used the proceeds of a lottery win to pay for Meghans schooling. He's meant to be pretty hard up now which makes these expensive care facilities and how he pays for them a mystery.

I don't understand who is supposed to be fixated. TMs? RL herself?

It's hard not to wonder whether M heard mention of this unit from an RPO and passed it on to RL. Or did RL make a phonecall to the Met and say 'I'm concerned about a member of the Royal family because of a fixated person. Who do I write to?.

Her quiet self-assurance and her style of speaking on the Hello videos have the hallmarks of family money.

Well, to be fair, HAM never miss a chance to live rent free anywhere, do they?

They will be in UK for another year at least. Plenty of grift opportunities ahead. Diana Doc and Ingriftus. After these two grifts, who knows ?

Aaaah I see. I thought the alleged 7 page letter of ranting came from the Fixated person, not that it could be about a Fixated person. Although both these things could be true at the same time.
I had been assuming the alleged writer, Ms Lovemore-not-less is what the world needs was the Fixated person. Now, thanks to your post, I have a whole host of other possibilities I have no reason to consider (but obviously still will!)

AlexandraCarrington · 02/11/2026 15:14

Who is going to be producing the Diana doc? They don't have the skills to do it themselves. And who is going to buy it? Charles Spencer has probably scuppered the market, supposing there ever was a market. H isn't going to be saying anything controversial about her, no-one who knew her well is likely to contribute, and who wants a hagiography with no new insights?

I am just remembering that M complained that Catherine didn’t take her shopping and was reluctant to share her lipgloss . There’s also the much reported complaint that C didn’t want to hold hands with M when they went to Wimbledon together .
Reading Harriet’s fulsome praise of the support C has given her must infuriate Meghan .
Does anyone else think we are going to have another interview ? ( apart from the FBI!)

Markles complaints about PoW are all so teenage valley girl. Holding hands? Sharing lipstick? Are they 12?

Seeing as Meghan spiritually communicates with Diana, perhaps the documentary can be Meghan channelling Diana.

I think someone repeated the name on one of these threads, but it is on X, the person subsequently and suddenly made all their SM private. but also, the same person has been supportive of TM, so who knows where the truth lies.

The rumours about Meghan waiting for her father to die to expose CSA allegations have been doing the rounds for a few years, always sounded like bullshit to me, but like the stolen clothes from the photoshoot, turns out it wasn’t total bullshit after all.

But if that is the case and the ex wife knew about it and did nothing and then referred to it in her letter then she is as despicable as Markle Snr.

I suspect what happened was that Roslyn Loveless wrote the letter to FTAC describing the Markles as security risks and potentially fixated individuals. The letter is now reported as having details of each family member.

There had already (at the time) been media reports of Samantha Markle being on the department's fixated persons list.

It's all very weird, surely the ex wife wasn't paid off by someone to write the letter & have it addressed to the exact faculty it needed to go to?

And why send to Meghan & not her own two children who were in contact with TM, Samantha has a daughter who was young at the time, Meghan had no children .

It's very very odd.

Logistically, the doc is going to be difficult. There are already rumours that some people don't want to be involved. Lots of footage taken during Diana's lifetime is in the hands of the palace. The use of BBC footage is nailed down by tough palace conditions.

How about tapping into the 'people's princess' moniker by talking to ordinary citizens who met her? A 20-minute tribute without M doing the voiceover?

But no doc is going to help H reconcile with W.
