When do the Palace ever issue direct statements about their opponents except of the “recollections may vary” kind which they used on H&M and CS.
Oh course they don’t, precisely so that their supporters can say, “oh the poor picked upon powerless monarchy never say anything and can’t answer back” and you are all falling for it, time and time again!
In the meantime their lawyers are busy behind the scenes, issuing legal cease and desist letters, taking to editors of the tabloids and doing deals, issuing NDAs, leaning on people not to speak out, or paying them off.
A recent example: Lownie said that a former girlfriend of the then Prince Charles received a letter from him expressing similar sentiments about Diana that he allegedly expressed to Charles Spencer. Within two hours of Lownie reporting this, BP got in touch with her trying to stop her speaking out.
This is the way they operate fhs. Meanwhile Morgan and Clarkson, both allies of Camilla, write and broadcast their vile rhetoric about Meghan, and JK and RE are writing and giving very one sided interviews in the press, and it’s naive to think that BP don’t have allies in Australia and USA, where all the English speaking rights are sold. Then Rory Stewart and Gyles Brandreth are wheeled in UK tv and You Tube to confirm everything that has been said.
I don’t know Meghan or Harry and I don’t particularly want to know them, I am sure they are not all sweetness and light, but neither do I believe all the disproportionate nonsense and negativity that surrounds them and I ask the question, what purpose does this serve?
One it fills the media’s vast pockets,
Two it distracts away from the police investigation of the King’s brother,
I don’t think it’s me that needs to wake up!
