I've watched the video of his arrival and you can easily see how tense he is - he's uncertain as to his reception . He is so awkward. Either that or he's unhappy that as a Prince of England he's not arriving to a fanfare. I suspect the former. He was right to be uncertain as the booing showed. He must realise how damning his antics look.

I honestly don't think either of them realise how unpopular, disliked and unwelcome they are in this country now. I'm fairly sure they don't read or want to know about any negativity and knowing what they are like in terms of surrounding themselves by sycophants and people who won't challenge them, who's going to tell them if they don't know and don't ask?

It's all very well lobbing 'your truth' at your family and country from 5,000 miles away, you don't have to deal with the consequences of that on a daily basis, but now they're back here and clearly want some kind of public role they're going to find out pretty quickly.

If I'm honest I think quips about H's hair are largely fair game because he made a deal of it in Spare. Personally speaking ( as one with a folically challenged DH , who I think looks perfectly nice and attractive - to me ) I don't think it matters one iota. Also , my view , I think if he had better haircuts and better beard trimming ( not a fan of beards myself but some are ) he would look better - but not up to me. I do suspect he's regretting taking the rise out of W for losing his hair though 😊

Yes, that does suggest they have been given access to vehicles by way of arrangements made for the King. Guessing that's one more financial obligation they've fobbed off for someone else to deal with. Who's paying the drivers and other staff, them or Charles?

The fact Harry was booed at the rugby last night is very telling. Most of the crowd are probably taxpayers & I don't think many of us taxpayers want the burden of H&Ms massive security bill... they are so deeply unpopular & it going to be impossible to correct the damage they have caused barr a divorce & more story selling...

I'm his age and he was a good looking lad back in the day. Will obviously took more after Diana and was/is more classically handsome. There was a line (perhaps Arthur Conan Doyle) where I think Sherlock said it was clear to see the character's wife no longer cared about him as he had an unbrushed hat (Victorian wife duty, apparently!)

And I think (while it is not a wife's duty to brush a man's hat these days) his unhappy life is perhaps showing in his uncared for appearance. 🕵️‍♀️

Re the car, maybe just bought from the same dealer? Google says KN75 regs are for vehicles registered in Northampton, near HaM's current lent house, between Sept 2025 and Feb 2026.

The thing is, with a convoy of three cars it’s very difficult not to lose one or more cars at traffic lights (unless you have motorbike outriders going ahead and stopping the traffic for you 😉). I’d say it would actually be safer to be just the one car, free to take whatever avoidance actions deemed necessary should any problem arise. Cars jumping lights and rushing to catch up are a danger to public/pedestrians unlucky enough to get in the way imo.

Re the cars at Claridges . Malala has 24/7 taxpayer funded security as she is deemed to still be at risk so would one or more of those cars be for her ?
I kind of assumed there would be a Met pool of security cars although I would be surprised if the Sussexes have access to the .

Given how long HaM have been in the UK it is looking increasingly unlikely that RAVEC is caving to H’s demands .

No need. On this occasion I am prepared to give you pro bono advice to establish my rubbish business on the condition that if you know any any minor royals who need a report writing you will recommend me 😂

So here is what you do. 1) park appropriately and do not take your friends and family to join in a cavalcade of vehicles leaving their cars on yellow lines with their hazard lights winking. 2) Dress appropriately and just go in , go about your business and leave once said business is transacted . 3) Engage in no performative behaviour on the pavement outside ( Saying please and thank you inside HB is acceptable, as is speaking to trusted friends if you encounter them , this is not on balance a security issue. ) 4) Do not tip off the local newspaper nor announce your arrival on SM beforehand nor publish it afterwards. 5) This last one is up to you - remember I only deal with security - I wouldn't try to negotiate a discount on the condition of publicising Home Bargain's wares on your personal SM if you have any. It might be embarrassing for you at the till and it might not garner you as much revenue as you hope.
