No more than any of us (or Harper) want to wear VB’s nighties. But we’re all talking about it. Meghan gets plenty of headlines!

Poor Malala was my first thought. Nothing will stop Markle using people to set up shots for her paid photographers (word has it The Sun is on speed dial).

My second thought is she's wearing the clown outfit as an attempt to embarrass KC into paying her millions to disappear (fat chance).

I'd imagine those MC Hammer pants & odd little elf shoe will be on the discount racks shows...what was she actually thinking!

Ralph Lauren would never have let any model, no matter what height, walk down the catwalk looking like that. What the POW, and every designer that cares about their clients, has is a great tailor. The fact that MM is walking around in straight off the hanger stuff is because she is clueless AND whoever got the clothes for her doesn't like her enough to make sure she looks good in them.

Prestige brands don't just want 'headlines' though. They want their clothes to be seen to their best advantage, well fitted and styled, worn by someone groomed and poised, preferably in a glamorous environment.

Nobody is going to drop a 4 figure sum on these trousers on the basis of Meghan's outing.

I think even the PssoW would struggle to look good in that outfit. I am trying really hard to imagine dressing like that, doing a mirror check before leaving, and thinking "Yes, this is how I want to present myself to the world, on a day when I know I'm going to be photographed" - and failing dismally. Because NO SANE PERSON WOULD.

They might be inspired to drop £20 on an iron though

At this point I think she's just trolling everyone. No one would look that bad on purpose.

The pic of her in that coat is so annoying. Leaving aside the colour and style, why couldn't she take a moment to put it on properly? I felt chilly waiting for a bus this evening and put on the £15 Matalan fleece I was carrying. I took more trouble over it than she seems to have done over that coat, and no-one was looking at me.

I reckon I took more care dressing than her when I went back home this morning because I hadn't changed out of my comfy old joggers into smarter trousers. Would anyone have noticed? almost certainly not. But there was this little voice going 'you can't go out in THOSE.'

MM either doesn't have it, doesn't care or think she looks the bee's knees.

Because she can just casually, devil may care, chuck on a designer piece. Because she has a wardrobe full of the stuff, don’t you know? Same way she wears serious jewellery when making breakfast for the kids. Cos she’s a sophisticated laydee… And rich, of course! It’s “quiet” luxury, guys! Her dogs lie around on Hermes blankets.

The poo emoji hat she wore to Christmas mass would be an exact colour match for the coat if she wants to give the coat another airing!

I’m probably going to be busy for awhile but I feel I have to share my honest opinion, it’s not my thing to criticise clothing however while Meghan is cornering the market in the uber rich bag lady look , I fully understand, I do however find the comments about the size of her feet and comparing her to olive oil a bit unkind and irrelevant to her horrendous behaviour.
I also would like to welcome @Kingsandqueenzand add , I have seen your new thread about Chelsey and like the previous one about Catherine, it seems you have set it up as a vehicle to pit these women against Meghan, I would request that you don’t bring that energy onto these threads .
