Counting down to the pics of W&C - and Tom! - at The Royal Film Performance and World Premiere of "Digger" tonight...

Am I first?

The colour is gorgeous but overall I feel the dress is wearing her. The hair and make up are ageing too. I also think that the necklace looks tacky (yes I know it's an incredibly valuable piece!) and is too long for that neckline. So I have to say this is a rare miss for me!

The dress is a bit too much I think, it needed a pattern to stop it looking 'heavy'. William looks spot on tonight! I'm a sucker for a velvet jacket - I'm a 70s gal 😂

I also like William's velvet jacket! I like seeing men not always playing it safe on the red carpet. Kate's dress has a bit of a 70s vibe, so William's jacket kind of matches her.

I think Kate is swimming in all that fabric though. The original design was sleeveless and she had those sleeves added on, but the result is just too much fabric for her very slim frame.

I LOVE the colour.
There is a lot of fabric - especially with the train at the back.

I thought they both looked fab.

Kate can wear a bin liner and look good but that purple is fab on her.

As I said on the S&B thread - William looks like an absolute twonk in that short, double breasted velvet jacket. Ghastly.
Not keen on Kate in voluminous purple either.

Nah, William looks fab! And catherines dress is a beautiful colour, I just think there's a lot of it. But she still looks gorgeous.

Needs to lose the sleeves and the necklace is all wrong for the dress.

That necklace is gorgeous and just perfect with that dress.

It’s a glorious colour and I knew it was a Jenny Packham as soon as I saw it, but it’s a lot on a very, very slim woman - the shoulders and sleeves especially are drowning her.

I agree. Kate’s drowned by the dress and the necklace is just nasty and too much with the earrings.

🤔 He still is handsome, his bone structure is amazing. I just don't get this hang up about hair. At least he's accepted it and not gone the floofy comb over route.

I wasn't sure about the dress in still images, but in video it's stunning, so light and moves so well. The colour is amazing on her. I like the necklace, but then I'm just a sucker for the bling. I'd be like Queen Mary and be wearing 15 necklaces, tiara and 25 rings and bracelets 🤗

She needs to put on some weight. She looks scrawny.

I often think Kate’s clothes wear her or swamp her somewhat. The necklace is amazing imo but the wrong length, I like her hair & the colour suits her.

I like Williams effort in the velvet, I think taking a risk is more exciting fashion wise.

It looked better in motion - I suspect it was one of those that looks much better in person than in a photo.

TomTom just can’t keep his hands off Kate! I was surprised by the double kiss!
