So tone deaf Iced.. like you I think he thinks what he's saying is perfectly fine but it just sounds so insensitive & lacking in nuance & even empathy

How is he going to look when he buggers off after Diana documentary sinks like a turd, screaming about racism, no security because RAVEC want him dead, generational pain, etc ????

FWIW, this is the 'statue' of Harry that was given to sign by the WellChild winner. Some of the articles make it sound as if the child brought the figurine for him to sign rather than it being given to him as a 'prize'.

Oh my fucking god 😂😂He looks like "The Friends" ones McDonalds did over the summer just gone

A tweak here & there & he could be Trump.. blue suit, red tie, questionable hair..

LaMarschallin · 22/09/2026 18:52

I'm not on TwiX but my hairdresser is (allows moment to appreciate new highlights) and she said she'd seen - and reported - a racist comment about the pupil.
However, it contained a (badly spelled) racial slur that Harry's been known to use, so maybe his supporters think that's fine.

Beginning with a “p” perhaps?

I'm afraid so.
The second word began with a "c".
MN gets bad enough, I think it's better for my mental health not to venture anywhere else.
That poor boy.

Where are these comments ?? X

That's absolutely outrageous

Tbf, I didn't see them and hope it's been removed if X does that.
I've no reason to doubt my hairdresser though and I've known her a long time.

Starryfifty · 22/09/2026 19:02

I only hope the poor kid didn't see them. How old is he ? 10 / 11??

Quite realistic really; with no detailed pupil or iris it looks like one enormous dilated pupil Confused

Say no more…and do we know where these “fans” originate from? , because the U.K. knows this is racist…..but I had to school an American on Reddit that the “p” word is as offensive as the “n” word!

Some that I saw contained racist abuse. You have to hope that the people running the other charities H is associated with are noting this and will head off any further disasters on their watch.

I saw a couple with aggressive, confrontational racism on Twitter... directed at a child

I'm glad there's a FOS policy on Twitter because I want these assholes available for all to see*

(*Still doesn't change the fact that this hatred was directed at a child)

bluegreygreen · 22/09/2026 19:08

It's good to know there was specific consent for the class @NameChangeSchool.

It can be tricky for that age group. I don't know if consent following filming was also discussed, but if not it might be a consideration if there were ever another similar occasion.

I hope the children (particularly that one child) are OK and any safeguarding lessons are learned.

Rhaidimiddim · 22/09/2026 19:11

jeffgoldblum · 22/09/2026 18:54

Yes. I also saw one with the racial slur coupled with a four-letter word begining with c and ending with t.

The video of the school visit is cringeworthy. None of the children engage with H, none of them actually look straight at him. They were visibly uncomfortable.

One child articulated their feelings, on camera and is now a target of on-line bullying. Why the mainstream haven't picked up on this, instead of the ancient CS gossip, I don't know.

The school and Invictus have allowed children to be put in the firing line of on-line bullying. Given the number of children H&M have hugged, it had to happen eventually.

I just hope that this young lad is not forced into an apology, and that Invictus, Well Child, Scotties and the rest start thinking about what they are going to do to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Lunde · 22/09/2026 19:22

.... and to think one of HAM's big causes is that anti bullying of kids on social media campaign (the cause Meghan did the Geneva roundabout speech for).

If they had any shred of integrity they would speak out in support of the kid - but we all know they won't. 🙄

Scorchio84 · 22/09/2026 19:23

Oh god @Rhaidimiddim I didn't think of the "apology" angle.. surely not? If anything it looks like it's all being brushed under the carpet..which isn't good either

What another shitshow

Puzzledandpissedoff · 22/09/2026 19:28

Given the chaos which accompanies anything H&M do, surely the obvious thing to stop such things happening again is to invite neither?

Frankly I'd have thought charities with any sense would have worked this out for themselves, but it seems some are still lagging behind

binkie163 · 22/09/2026 19:35

Noodledog · 22/09/2026 17:56

Bloody hell, the boy is being racially abused by H and M supporters? That is absolutely appalling, but sadly not surprising- some of their hardcore supporters are truly vile human beings, and it's bad enough the way they treat adults. The school have a lot of responsibility here, they have allowed their pupils to be subjected to global attention and resulting abuse. Harry should be absolutely ashamed given all the fuss he makes about the importance of online safety for children.

Next time h bleats about needing security, maybe ravec can inform him that the school boys level of need is higher than his due to unhinged ham supporters hounding him.

It won't help h in his sc and sentabale case, shows an ongoing pattern of behaviour attached to h, bullying those who won't do as h demands.

I had to google the McD thing as they weren't released here. Those weren't 'official' Funko Pops, but they sure looked like them!!!

Harry v Trump. I don't know which one of them should be more 'insulted' lol.

He had no business being in that classroom. He had nothing to offer educationally, he was not interacting with the children in any way that they responded to, the footage ( who authorised its release, leaving the chid's comment in and audible FFS - did no-one check it and notice!??) conveys nothing about Invictus....

I am furious on that child's behalf.

Meanwhile Kate is looking stunning at the Tom Cruise premiere!

Cismyfatarse · 22/09/2026 20:08

Harry’s in a bind — so of course he’s planning a Diana documentary

Just seen the photo of Kate. Royal purple no less. Love it.

Choux · 22/09/2026 20:16

The necklace quietly speaks volumes about the continuity of the monarchy given all the recent press around Harry, Meghan and Charles Spencer.

It was given as a wedding gift by a queen to a future queen 100 years ago (although when the Queen Mother married she was not expected to become Queen). And then lent by another queen - QEII- to the now Queen Camilla before now being worn publicly for only the second time in 100 years by a future Queen Catherine. Plus it’s regal purple and the largest gem is a heart.

What a response to the Haz-beens. 💜

Do you know what the school’s doing about the online racist abuse this child is now receiving from the Sussex super-fans?

That is shocking!

When you think about it ..patrons such as Harry use sick/disadvantaged/tragic figures all the time to promote themselves. It's not really about the charity is it?
