That's a long, long time she would have to keep her head down for, in that case. Is the general public really ever going to start liking Harry again? After the way he's behaved, and without any MIGS to choreograph his life for him?

And Meghan only truly exists when she has a camera on her. Otherwise she's just a probability wave with a sense of grievance.

Probability wave with a sense of grievance.

Bravo!

Talking of AI, and AI photographs...

I know this is off-topic for the thread (sorry, @jeffgoldblum) but it is slightly aligned.
There were a couple of recent news articles about bot farms aimed at attacking the RF, as they are seen as a stabilising influence on the country and in intergovernmental discussions.

Times https://archive.is/vcjqU

Telegraph https://archive.is/OJywR

I’ve read both of those with mounting concern blue! , I personally am very concerned about this rise that to me ( I’m aware it’s not …) seems to have suddenly become widespread overnight..I know I’m not particularly techy and don’t even know how to use filters on my phone…but I can’t tell the difference half the time!
and I think it is a tad relevant…apparently it’s been found out that ham use bots an ai to boost their figures and pr on sm !

Especially with their previous "status" & finances.. surely they should be sitting pretty? The mind boggles

It's astonishing watching him trying to soft launch himself back in to British society & herself will start tagging along if he feels he's getting a lukewarm reception

Sadly, he doesn’t have the same head as the one he got married with 😂
It’s at least 50% balder.

Wouldn't it be fabulous if the hair had a removable top section 😂😂😂

I posted one of those pictures earlier! 😁 , couldn’t resist was funny in a cartoonist macabre manner!

See, I like the AI pictures & vids as long as they are obviously satire and don't look so real that I do a double take and have to start googling.

The AI vids a few threads ago on the HAMs arrival in the Cotswolds were hilarious!

I don't think they can. I strongly suspect Spencer is involved with the upcoming 'documentary' in some way. At the very least he has given them permission to film at Althorp. I'd also be shocked if he is not interviewed for it too. And given that they've alienated all of Harry's Windsor family, I really don't think they can afford to alienate the Spencers too. Mind you, they have form for that sort of thing.

Fergie is doubtless up for mining her own …recollections, if there’s money to be made. Do we know how close she became to any of the Spencers?

How stupid is CS? Of all people to lie about. Piers M is quite formidable and he will absolutely see this through

How careless, for a practising histilorian, to not check his facts.

bluegreygreen · 22/09/2026 16:20

There were Sussex squad members making particularly unpleasant comments about the child on TwiX, with some apparently trying to identify him.

I saw a thread that contained a screenshot of a couple of comments, where users were encouraged to contact Lucy Powell with details.

Some that I saw contained racist abuse. You have to hope that the people running the other charities H is associated with are noting this and will head off any further disasters on their watch.

jeffgoldblum · 22/09/2026 16:26

Agreed! , I don’t think we can really separate Spencer’s book and ham at this point , it’s clear they have been hobnobbing and scheming together…Morgan isn’t someone I would want to be on the wrong side of !

I am wondering whether the erroneous information about Piers Morgan came from the archives of H and the Hacked Off gang. It sounds just like them and the kind of assumption they would throw out.

prejudiceandpride · 22/09/2026 17:46

given that its slaggin piers morgan, I suspect even more that H&M had a big part to play in the contents of this book.

A child in my family goes to this school. For a child to have been in that STEM lesson, their parents were asked to sign a permission slip to be filmed and to say that their child was happy to be filmed.

From what my family member has been told, bold is an interesting choice of word and the school are dealing with the incident. There is A LOT of bad behaviour in the school and swearing in lessons isn’t tolerated and isolation given.

The school allowed the visit and filming. The parents had to consent to their child being in the lesson, which wasn’t mandatory.

When you say the school is dealing with the incident, I really hope you mean they are examining their own actions in forcing a situation on pupils that the pupils were clearly very uncomfortable and unhappy with.

Do you know what the school’s doing about the online racist abuse this child is now receiving from the Sussex super-fans?

Loving the whole Piers Morgan saga, with the double whammy of already proving that the book contains inaccuracies AND designating any damages to The King’s Trust to make it hurt even more.🤣

Bloody hell, the boy is being racially abused by H and M supporters? That is absolutely appalling, but sadly not surprising- some of their hardcore supporters are truly vile human beings, and it's bad enough the way they treat adults. The school have a lot of responsibility here, they have allowed their pupils to be subjected to global attention and resulting abuse. Harry should be absolutely ashamed given all the fuss he makes about the importance of online safety for children.

Awful for the poor child involved.
Disaster just seems to follow Harry...

I have just got in and reached here.
Out for lunch with a posh friend in a posh french bistro. I sat down and she looked straight at me and said ' wtf is going on with that ginger idiot and his social climber wife' ....what can you say, where does one start!
She said the guillotine came in handy for the French 😂😂
Oh and she thinks he looks like a scruffy homeless person.
Funny that you don't even have to name him, just scruffy ginger is enough.

That’s too funny, I have a friend who is quite generally sympathetic to the Sussex’s (not in a superfans way). We have both been travelling and haven’t been in touch until the other day, after the school debacle, the first message I received from her was ‘Okay, I concede, they are lunatics’, she didn’t even have to mention who she was talking about. 😀.

I absolutely detest the creeping use of asking AI or using ChatGPT to answer questions or type comments…

So do I. If someone responds to an OP with 'ChatGPT says....', that's an automatic scroll past for me.

Me too. I use AI in my professional capacity as it is expected, but outside of work I try to use my brain. It's served me well enough the past however many decades! I even downloaded a browser that doesn't have AI built in so no annoying google summaries.

The school and the parents may have been OK with it but perhaps the students should been given the opportunity to opt out?

He also repeated the bit about how grateful he is to 'have kids that aren't sick'. He said that in front of the audience and I thought it was a bit insensitive, even if the intention may have been good. Again, you can see the absence of the 'grey men' who would have written a professional speech for him and been very conscious of how it would be perceived.

And I see he also had to get a dig in about 'being sent away' to boarding school. Get over it. It was the norm for upper class boys of his generation and will have been done with good intentions.

Also had to laugh at how he's happy to be closer to the charities 'that need us'. How on earth did they manage for the past 7 years? And if supporting British charities was so important to him why did he stomp off to the other side of the world?

So tone deaf Iced.. like you I think he thinks what he's saying is perfectly fine but it just sounds so insensitive & lacking in nuance & even empathy

@NameChangeSchool I don't think the parents should have been able to consent to this for the children assuming it's high school. The children should have consented.

I don't think school have allowed it full stop. And the insinuation that a child put under stress by cameras, whatever their previous behaviour may be, should then be 'dealt with' because he was uncomfortable and unhappy is horrible.

The children have not been appropriately protected in this instance and the focus should be on how the child ended up in that situation. The school and staff should have known better than to put children in such a pressurised situation if they could not cope. It's a failure by all the adults here, including Harry and his team. It sounds like no-one has put the children first.

I'm not sure though? She has previous for letting him flounder when things aren't going well, who knows though? Things must be getting close to DEFCON 1 at this stage?
