It's very much " as ever" . Same old - kids running about filmed from the back. Nothing new to see. Lili as usual dressed in girlie pink and shoeless and Archie in his usual long sleeved uniform.

The more I think I think about those Charlotte ‘sugar’ Griffiths messages, the more I wonder if Harry thought she wouldn’t produce them.

Harry is a man who can be both stupid and calculating. He frequently miscalculates how loyal and how deferential people are prepared to be toward him these days.

He’s blowing through a lot of people. Family, friendly journalists, Hollywood / LA crowd, staff. He’ll get more bitter this year, I reckon, as his arrogance fights with reality.

The Mail online have picked it up, with an interesting headline. The article contrasts the affection shown by Charles to Charlotte with the lack of contact he has had with her cousins.

Showing again that Charles has a close relationship with his grandchildren. Was obvious when Louis wanted to sit with grandpa.

It's ironic that the media refers to Meghan (never 'and Harry') giving the public 'a rare glimpse' of their children. There have been so many of these this year, usually Lili in a sundress sideways on, hiding under a table or otherwise artfully positioned. I think I've only seen the Wales children at three public engagements since December. Of course, on these occasions they are seen in full but this kind of media access doesn't impinge on their private family life at all, unlike the ongoing Instagram drip feed from Montecito.

The Wales's are also not building towards a big reveal. One day we'll see full pictures or videos of the Sussex kids and it will receive wide attention because it will be an unveiling of them, likely with commentary on their appearance (who they take after). At least G, C and L won't face that. No doubt there will be some comments here and there but it won't be all at once.

I think the knee-jerk response is an attempt by Meghan to show how her kids get to be 'free and easy' at Easter, running around having 'fun' rather than attending a church service in formal attire. Unfortunately for Meghan, it simply serves to demonstrate how little she understands family, never mind the way the Wales children are being brought up. It's clear from the limited footage of the RF that there are close, loving relationships, with both the King and the Wales children pleased to see each other and comfortable with each other. I imagine church would be followed by a family lunch, where the kids get to spend more time with the extended family and, presumably, given Catherine's love of the outdoors and clear understanding of what kids like to do, there would be plenty of racing around outside having a good time. Meghan doesn't seem to understand that children can attend formal events, neatly turned out, but yet still have plenty of opportunity to have a really good time and just because it isn't posted on social media it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

I really wish they would stop using their children like this. Again, it looks like one kid is being kept out of things (at Harry's request?) And when we do see him it's only a glimpse (and I almost expect him to be wearing a balaclava to hide his identity) whereas Lily is the focus, to an uncomfortable degree, being tracked through the garden in her summer frock. It's all really, really weird.

What’s hilarious is she hasn’t yet cracked how she will monetise the big reveal….what is the point of the tease and dragging people to her insta when she has nothing to sell and the As Ever products are not popular. Scraping the barrel. Her business plan doesn’t doesnt work.

I think you're absolutely right that it's a snarky 'look how much fun our life is!' approach. As you say, it completely misses the point and shows that Harry failed miserably to explain what royal life entails.
I am sure they had a lovely day on an Easter egg hunt in their garden but I'm not sure that compares to spending time with grandparents, cousins, other children and friends.

is. Easter is about the resurrection of Jesus, not fucking bunnies and eggs. I am not a practicing christian btw but I have respect for religion.

In the Revenge book it talks about how Meghan was " unaware of the teachings of the Bible" and had to receive instruction before her baptism pre wedding.

The sad thing is by the time the big reveal happens nobody but her squad will care! 🤷‍♀️

I posted some figures from her business the other day - a shockingly low following. It's old news.

I think also that she has set these children up to having the scenario in the future that Harry dreads ie paps trying to get photos. She has teased and teased but yeah people are bored now but poor kids when they do try to go about normal life.
