No, he hasn't said that. Gossip mongers have been spouting that for a long time. Based on nothing at all.

I’m sure that happens at least once a year. Previously it was the queen saying she would step down at least once a year.

I’ve heard Jim Royal is next in line for the throne so William would be best to give it half an hour before he has a go.

Andrew Lowne says that Charles may abdicate because the truth is coming out that he knew everything about Andrew 6 years ago at least.

William is apparently the only one who was pushing for something to be done about Andrew for the longest time so he’s the only one not tainted by this whole mess.

Doubt it. If anything happened to William while Prince G is still of school age, there would be a constitutional crisis. Not going to happen for this reason alone.
