I saw a convoy of 3 claret limousines with the Royal Standard flag driving through a residential cul de sac...how can I find out who was visiting whom?

I checked the Court Circular and nothing shows for that part of the UK on that day.

Stop one and ask for a glass? 🤣 I honestly thought from your title the limousines were carrying claret - posh ice cream vans. Sorry can’t help but really strange in a cul-de-sac.
