When the money stops flowing in? They are finished as a brand, MM has nothing original to offer and is tainted with the toxicity that has surrounded them. She personally has ‘bullying’ allegations and high staff turnover as well as her blatant dishonesty. There is evidence that they are no good at making podcasts / documentaries etc so no big income there. There is increasing ‘interest’ from US authorities into their financial dealings … what next? Surely KC3 won’t fund them, so how will they keep going?

Yes. Harry was reflecting his environment and how he was brought up, and the values of his grandfather, and the same among his army mates, when he was being racist as a young man.

Once he was older and mingled with a wider variety of people from different races and married someone with a white father and black mother, he realised how wrong he had been, acknowledged it publically and apologised.

I don’t see the rest of the RF acknowledging their past mistakes?

What racist comments have any member of the current working royal family made that they need to apologise for please?

Puzzledandpissedoff · 12/02/2026 11:46

Let’s take Francine for example who called me racist and misogynistic on this thread. When asked for proof of this Francine was too cowardly to come back to defend her accusation because there was no proof of it

i've been on MN for years, @BigWillyLittleTodger, and noticed that they very rarely do. I've never been called racist on here, but it seems some still cling on to the days when such an accusation caused terror, quite ignoring that claims from those who've lied repeatedly aren't necessarily to be trusted

Fascinating, though, to watch the few remaining fans switching to "they left because of Andrew". Any port in a storm I guess, but how odd that in their new "freedom" they've chosen to say nothing at all about him, even while trashing practically everyone else ... odd, too, that they've also allied themselves with alleged sex offenders

It will be Phillip, it’s always Phillip .
my dh was in the military for years and never once did he or his fellow soldiers call each other “ ragheads “ or “p*ki” , so making it out to be the fault of family and the military for Harry’s racism is frankly the biggest cop out!

BigWillyLittleTodger · 12/02/2026 11:49

I don’t think you meant to tag me @Puzzledandpissedoff as that wasn’t my comment, but apart from that I agree with you.

I’m always pleased to see you @Puzzledandpissedoff! At least when you post criticism it can’t be labelled as coming from a royalist or attempting to excuse Andrew or distract from his actions. 👍

Yes it’s always Philip 🙄 who knew he brought up Harry single handed! Funny isn’t it that PP had four children, eight grandchildren and the only one to have made several racist comments is Harry 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ah but he married Meghan so everything is forgiven and forgotten now.

The ever-emerging Andrew scandal is the stickiest wicket the royal family has ever been on. It may be the beginning of the end.

It’s going to be the forensic test of ‘who knew what, when, and didn’t speak out?’ that will be played out in the spotlight of the world’s media, social media and You Tube channels.

The Sussexes are not out of the woods yet.

Agree with this too

BigWillyLittleTodger · 12/02/2026 12:03

I think it could be the beginning of the end of the current set up of the Royal Family, this could be used as an opportunity to completely reform the House of Windsor, Andrew Lownie thinks King Charles should abdicate and make way for William, I agree and then William can set up a new style monarchy going forward.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 12/02/2026 12:06

I hope not, @jeffgoldblum!! Smile

You'd think it obvious that it doesn't have to be either/or and that Andrew / the RF / M&H can all get it wrong, but for whatever reason there's this tribal thing where folk seem expected to pick a side and it beats the hell out of me

Edited to add I suppose there's always the hope that William might insist on scouring the pigpen when his turn comes. I don't have much faith in that myself, but his image suggests he's about the best they've got, so ...

love the fact that the fans are still haring on about lipgloss. really funny.

Its weird ho hurt some people are by H leaving. yest he wrote a book, so did his dad and mum, so what.
yes he and M make money, well they need to.
why should they give up their titles. A&S have only just given up theirs and they have actually done bad stuff.

The British taxpayer funded Harry's existence until he left. Then he whinged about what an awful existence that had been. He definitely irked a lot of people.

Well, considering how many Philip made, it is a bit surprising. I suppose it had to come out somewhere….

Thedom · 12/02/2026 12:18

I think for most people who are critical of Harry and Meghan and who point out their failures, it’s because it is quite satisfying to see a racist (Harry) and a narcissistic bully (Meghan) and liars (both of them) get their comeuppance by failure after failure.

Nothing to do with any hurt (lol) about them quitting the dreadful RF.

Yes at this point I think it would be best for Charles to step aside and let William modernise and slimline the monarchy as @BigWillyLittleTodgersuggested too , personally I think Charles is too entrenched with the old ways and possibly trying to honour his mothers reign.
his health is going to impact decisions even if he doesn’t think it will, we need someone like William who is close enough to have learned the practicalities but young enough that he wasn’t involved or responsible for the rather unpleasant situation of mixing with now revealed bad players .

Puzzledandpissedoff · 12/02/2026 12:24

It could, @BigWillyLittleTodger (and at least I got the right poster this time!! Blush), but good luck witth that if the Windsors don't want reforming

And why would they when their extreme privilege and lack of accountability remains intact?

A very fair point, @jeffgoldblum, just so long as William doesn't turn out to be implicated in n any way

As you say it's likely his relative youth may have been some protection, as might his experience via marriage of more normal family behaviour, but who knows?

We can’t ever know for sure @Puzzledandpissedoff🤷‍♀️ , just as we can’t know how much Charles knew .
we do know that William was not as close to the York daughters or family as Harry was and as it appears that nobody seems to think Harry is involved then it stands that William is less likely to be as well.

CurlewKate · 12/02/2026 12:50

Surely William would have been involved in all high level discussions within the Family for the past 20 years now? It’s disingenuous to suggest otherwise.

What from his twenties? When he was the heir of the heir? , why do you think he would have been included in high level discussions when until his grandmother died his station in life wasn’t that much different from Harry’s.
both of them were away doing different things during a lot of this timeframe.
it would be far more likely that Anne or Edward would be included than William or Harry .

StillHereLol · 12/02/2026 12:56

Whether Harry or William were close to the York family or not it doesn’t mean that they were going to be spilling their guts on what they and their parents were up to. The Queen obviously knew about the behaviour of her son but did nothing. This in turn means that Charles and probably William who were future monarchs at the time would’ve been involved in some high level discussions. This is all speculation but it seems that it will come out in the not too distant future and those that are involved will be having some sleepless nights.

What exactly are these high level discussions yourself and the previous poster mentioned? When are they scheduled? , what is their purpose?
who holds them?

I can quite see he'd have been invited along, CurlewKate, if only to "learn how we do it", but doubt he'd have had all that much say as a young guy in third place

Especially when, before inheriting the Duchy of Cornwall, he was relying on his dad's money to fund his lifestyle ...

Well quite! , I’m also curious about these high level discussions, what are they ?
do government officials attend? , is this something that we have heard about before?
