I'm amazed this morning at how the papers seem to have totally swallowed the million jars sales given the website was showing daily sales in single digits and the only source of the million order was a throwaway remark by the Duchess of recollections may vary herself at some self publicising fluff interview.

The columnists especially seem to have the critical thinking skills of a toddler.

They don't care about criticial thinking, they care about clicks. This week's about how many jars Meghan sold, next week I'm betting it will be about how inflated her figures are. One thing I do agree with Harry and Meghan on is the toxic tabloid press.

It’s just counter the rumours they are broke because of the Archwell debacle, if she had been that successful to sell 26 million dollars worth of fruit spread within 6 months she not only would have boasted about it on the Bloomberg interview but Hartleys would have taken her on as a consultant! the press are pathetic these days, as are journalists who conduct. “interviews” nothing is ever investigated or questioned, it’s no wonder people are turning away from any mainstream media, it’s all just PR fed nonsense .

The estimation was based on Meghan saying in an interview that she ordered 1 million jars for her jam. The author of the article took that at face value and calculated her sales based on that. If truth be told the only fictional thing is, more than likely, the original number Meghan threw out there

I doubt anyone is believing it, I think it’s a covert way to expose Meghan, how she embellishes, lies and aggrandizes. The truth will come out eventually.

The puff pieces to their favourite outlets I believe to be lies as I think pretty much anything is that comes out their mouths, which has been proven time and time again, unfortunately our media lap up their lies and rarely challenge them.
