I have reported this as spam and blocked every profile but literally every fourth post is some random royal image. I’m so sick of seeing these people. Any idea how to get rid of it please.

Is it adverts or ‘promoted’ posts?

Facebook is usually reacting to your internet history, your friends internet history or you are targeted by demographic info for paid adverts.

If you click on the three dots at the top of the post you can select "I don't want to see this."

I kept getting pictures of mummies from around the world and I did this and they stopped coming.

I get a lot of old pictures of the Beatles but I quite like those so I haven't stopped them.

Your phone is listening to you!

I've almost given up on Facebook because of all the spam. I can't see my friends' posts along the rubbish.

HappySmurfs · 25/06/2024 23:01

Agree, so much spam. I have added to the I Don’t want to see this, even then these people come up 😩
