That little speech of hers was completely self-centred and tone deaf considering what was going on with her sister in law, Catherine. Who was at that exact time, so very poorly but being hounded and trolled by her cheerleaders, the Sussex Squad. The vilest people and bots on the internet. The likes of which have never been seen before. Yet no mention of this. At all! Just poor me. 🙄 disgraceful.

It was actually a turning point for me in my opinion of Meghan. I just thought how self indulgent, hypocritical and just downright mean she must be. The more I’ve read about her relationship with people, especially how she seems to orchestrate the Sussex Squad, and have started putting the pieces together, the less I find she is someone to be admired and liked.

They live rent free in SOME people's heads, for sure. I couldn't reel off that CV for anyone, let alone this couple. 😆I wonder if that poster has a crib sheet?

We don’t know the state of their finances, for example. I suspect it’s not so solid.

They do appear to have projects in their pipeline, Lemonada, ARO, Meet me by the Lake. Not sure what the hold up is on any of these. They appeared to film something for a home show a few months back. Netflix churns things out rapidly so I’d expect that to be airing sometime this year, but we’ve not seen any publicity for it yet.

They are seen interacting with people who bully their family. Hypocrites are people who say one thing and do another, thoughtlessly. This is much more sinister because it’s clearly not thoughtless. They only campaign against bullying and criticism that is aimed at themselves. A case in point, the Sussex Squad recently have trolled and bullied the First Lady of Nigeria and her daughter following the First Lady’s speech.
Meghan and Harry pay and subscribe to AFP fact check, who have tried to fact check opinion (from the First Lady’s speech) and people’s interpretations of it. You can’t fact check opinion! AFP obviously also emailed the First Lady on the Sussexes behalf and she responded. Then they have twisted this response to suit their narrative. It’s clear that they are trying to control in an authoritarian manner. It’s not about misinformation, it’s about controlling their own image and PR to only have positive opinion of them.

Actually, the op is responding in kind. She is calling you out and it seems to have worked.

I am not sure why being open minded is a phrase to even use about a couple of people who have no bearing on our lives. It seems similar to Meghan’s “when the stakes are so high.”

Or about any people? But at any rate, I am always waiting for them to do something that changes how they are viewed.
