Hopefully Samantha will stop now (even though dismissed with prejudice - Samantha can still appeal).

If ‘she’ can, we can be certain she will… and that her appeal will be dismissed, again, a fourth time her claims are found to be 100% baseless and rejected in court.

But clearly the truth doesn’t matter here, this is about money-making and harassment of Meghan, for both Samantha and the media and far-right organisations (including likely in the UK) funding Samantha’s never ending stream of lawsuits.

Not sure why Meghan hasn’t counter-sued for vexatious litigation (or whatever the US equivalent is).

If I had a vicious craven crackpot hag half-sister hellbent on trying to destroy me despite 3 court rulings that she has zero basis for doing so I wouldn’t hesitate to sue her a*se into the ground…

I hope Meghan at least squeezes her costs out of the shameless turd Samantha for this latest round… that way she can put them towards round 4…

The judge definitely did find that slimy Samantha changed her surname to Markle at the start of her third-party funded PR campaign against Meghan, so she could claim to have been a fully fledged member of Meghan’s family and pretend to know enough to author (?) a tell-all book about her, when in fact there is a huge age gap between the two and they did not grow up together.

Lets not forget that this is a woman who lost custody of all her children and whose own daughter refuses to recognise her anything more than her biological mother.

I thought that was well known, I remember reading about it in the press at the time. It was around the time that it became clear from Thomas Markle's comments in the papers that he was probably not the best parent.
