Hello,
My account and thread along with its 37 or so comments was deleted without explanation and now the account reinstated. I've received no explanation despite multiple queries. I wonder sometimes if this is progress - clicking 'delete' and taking offence at every turn without inquiring first.
Anyway, the original post was discussing this link: https://meron152.substack.com/p/prince-harry-the-trauma-exhibitionist
What exactly was controversial in the link or the comments from users here? I can never tell anymore.

Prince Harry: The Trauma Exhibitionist

This isn’t about mental health and well-being. It’s a business model.

i agree that we can be sympathetic to his struggles, but I don’t think he’s much of a poster boy for therapy. Frankly I don’t know why BetterUp are using him: ok, it brought them publicity at first, but if I were looking for mental well-being services I would actively avoid anything Harry recommended as it clearly doesn’t work!

Harry seems to have a cocktail of problems, including jealousy and bitterness, and sadly these have been monetised since his rf departure.

Dsis used to work in a newsroom. Before Princess Diana’s death she said that it had come to their attention that one of the princes was seeing a psychiatrist. She said they assumed it was William but with hindsight…

BetterUp’s methodology is not actually proven though (there is no evidence that giving therapy to healthy people will reduce their likelihood of developing MH problems). It’s about selling therapeutic-sounding products to anyone who can pay for them. It’s why they have “coaches” not psychotherapists. It doesn’t have any evidence base. A lot of people think therapy is just giving good advice and so anyone can do it, but that’s not true.

Found it on iPlayer quite quickly - I’ve never watched before but I’m really enjoying it.

Sorry wrong thread

ALittleTeawithmilk · 04/10/2023 05:30

I went looking for the media and RF thread but it’s gone??

Today I was watching something on the internet and in it note was made about The Sun publishing an article in 2008 about the enemy numbers Harry had killed. This is the same Sun who printed multiple stories early this year criticising Harry for endangering other military personnel by revealing this, how he’d endangered himself, how military people don’t talk about this type of thing etc., BUT no mention of their own article (they wrote multiple articles as did other newspapers and online) written in 2008 - the article looks to have been scrubbed.

The Sun, however, was quoted in a 2008 Guardian article. Harry Ist Tour in Afghanistan

A lump rises to the Sun's throat. "ONE OF OUR BOYS ... Frontline prince kills 30 Taliban." Harry's role as an emergency air controller meant he was directing air strikes against insurgent targets.

Yep, the links provided by the Guardian to the Times, Telegraph and Sun lead to either 4O4 or Posh and Sunak. Funny that - all three newspapers have scrubbed those articles.

I’m not sure if I’m going to read or post here anymore. Repeatedly finding that threads are deleted is frustrating as well as disappointing.

There are times when some posters post really thoughtful, detailed posts that they obviously have taken some time to write, and I really appreciate the effort and that they are sharing their point of view.

And also, the effort many of the OPs put into their threads is just gone. It’s really not right.

Ah thank you @Iwantcakeeveryday I didn’t see that thread when I looked for it. I thought also there was a newer one. But not yet.

May be this one?
