Did Meghan change her surname?

I don’t follow much about the RF but have just got lost on a thread here, much of which was centred around the children names. Leaving that aside, it got me thinking - is Meghan now Meghan Mountbatten-Windsor, or Meghan Sussex (always thought this was a sort of surname nickname/denomination thing) or did she keep Markle? I suppose given her reported feminist ideals I would have expected her to keep Markle, but would she have even had a choice of marrying into the RF?

Those are the names they use when they need a surname. But in Britain they do not use them.

I guess they have lots of names, rather like some posters on this forum!

@IcedPurple a nasty little jibe there.

Only to posters with many names I imagine.

@IcedPurple a nasty little jibe there.

Why? Some posters like multiple user names. One for almost every new thread they start. MN allows it, so fair enough.

She has nothing to do with Sussex, has probably never been and probably has no idea where it is or what towns are part of the county, and what would be in the best interests of Sussex. She seems to hate the UK in general. So I really don't think she should have 'sussex' associated with her name at all. Same with any other part of the UK.

Probably because I've had no sleep for two days :) and am in a foul mood!!! Apologies all, but it's helping me feel better to have a little anonymous rant! No harm or offense meant to anyone! (Well, I guess I'm not being to pleasant about H&M, but I don't mean to offend anyone else or any mumsnetters!)

Sorry for the angry grump!!

Would it not have been Katie Waitie-alot? I think that sounds better.
By the way, your spelling is quite poor.

Wails is deliberate, obvs.
