How to find out visit time

My grandparent wishes to see Camilla next week when she visits Telford - how do I find out what time they will arrive?

She is visiting a ballet school in Birmingham on the morning so hard to gauge a time she will be in Telford.

Have you tried asking at the Library in Southwater as that is where she is visiting?
