What they make up -

• Meghan made Kate cry over tights
• They treat Harry and William the same in relation to certain accusations
• That Harry signed a joint statement saying the Royal Family had not bullied Harry and Meghan out of the family
• That Meghan bullied staff, whilst refusing to release even a summary of the investigation into so called bullying. Probably because it found no evidence of bullying

The fact Harry signed the statement may have been William or may have been Charles, or both of them.
You do know we can't know those specifics? But William signed the statement so at least knew that it was a lie that Harry had agreed it and signed it.

Lady C is a sort of semi fictional character - a self invented aristocrat with a title via (short lived) marriage and a stately home she purchased rather than inherited (and runs as a wedding venue, mostly)

She clearly does have some sort of insider contacts at the various palaces (enough to fill a lot of trashy books with royal gossip!) but for all we know they are household staff she pays for whispers rather than family members.

Comparing anyone that hasn’t invaded another country or attempted a genocide to Hitler is silly hyperbole that downplays the seriousness of the holocaust, so I definitely can’t condone that, but I do find Lady C’s weird backstory somewhat fascinating (eg she adopted two boys from Russia in the early 90s and raised them on her own).

I also find it interesting that she is Caribbean and seems to know a lot about history and political events of the past
