You say that having to make speeches gave you panic attacks. How do you square that with all the speeches you've done since (eg at the Invictus Games) and these interviews around the book? No-one's making you do them.

Asked whether you should give up your Duke and Duchess titles you said no because 'what difference would it make?'. So why not do exactly that? Please explain your reasoning for keeping the titles.
