BetterUp… and “compassion”

I had a look at their website, and Harry is there talking about Archwell and how compassion is front and centre.

Does BetterUp really feel that this man has a) displayed any compassion at all and b) is any advertisement for the benefits of their mental health training?

One could argue that he is the world’s most wronged man, but where has he demonstrated any kind of compassion - for the Queen, his father and above all his brother? And if I were considering using BetterUp’s services for my company I’d question having a figurehead who is clearly still in the throes of anger.

Busy selling his story whilst his grandfather was dying, unforgivable. Same with his grandmother, then had the cheek to even make her death about his wife not being included in his book extract. Looks like nothing is sacred.

I find it hard to worry much about BetterUp.

Maybe they completely failed to select the right candidate for their brand. Maybe they FuckedHimUp with their product. Either way, they are responsible for any fall out they suffer from the public perception that their brand ambassador has become less and less a picture of wellness since they dangled him to lure in potential customers.

You'd have thought that a man who places so much emphasis on compassion and mental well being would read the finished draft and ask himself 'Is my story as told here congruent with the values I am constantly preaching?' As the book appears not to be, then the very best interpretation is that PH is utterly devoid of any self-knowledge or ca[acity for self-examination. At the worst, he's a nuclear grade hypocrite. But then some of us had already come to the latter conclusion.

Hypocrasy is Harrys middle name. To do this to a family who love you, despite not being perfect (who is?) is unforgiveable. Creating a scene after charles father's funeral was just awful. I'm really lost for words on how dreadful Harry has behaved.

yes, I just don’t understand how someone can preach compassion yet act so cruelly to his family. I just watched a bit of the interview, and his issues are so darn petty and domestic . By all means thrash them out, but monetising rivals rows is low, very low.
