Or trust anyone or say anything to anyone?

Thinking about William, Kate etc and if they t to all to their friends about the Harry/Megan struggles etc.
Surely it would be normal for Kate to bitch about Megan to a pal…but then how could you trust they wouldn’t go to the press, how can you even live as a Royal, must be such a lonely life really

Suspect Kate’s family are providing a lot of support and sound boarding right now, they have proved to be trustworthy and dependable and not likely to blab.

I thought earlier that I hope they're at the Middletons for the weekend, where they can chat things through openly, and totally trust the family to keep the confidences. I suspect Michael is a very grounded advisor for them.

I suspect they've also done some sneaky rumour dropping when someone is suspected of leaking stories and they've been able to cut them out. Basically, a posh Wagatha Christie.

Harry is very much his Mother's genes. She was a loose cannon and certainly grew up in that rarefied circle yet still managed to fuck it up.

Her Mother did too.

Whenever I say this people guess that I'm the daughter of Joan or Jackie Collins (I wish, at least I'd be rich!) but here goes.

My mum and aunt are both writers. Both published, mum is a journalist too, in national newspapers. Believe me when I say that they are both very far from household names - but when I was a child, I was still identified in public, and people had a go at me about my mum's writing. Mercifully this is mostly pre-Internet.

Both have a very toxic relationship with each other and wrote nasty, slanted angles about private things in their books.

All I will say is that I know who and how to trust with certain things. I keep discreet about plenty of things with friends who are gossips, and happily share with others who aren't. I'm not talking national gossip here, just local things. It's a basic rule - people who gossip TO you will gossip ABOUT you. So they aren't that hard to spot.

I guess you have very long term trusted friends. In Kate's case, she has a sister and mother who she is very close to and can trust entirely so I'd imagine that they're her confidantes.

I agree he is very much his mother's son in so many ways isn't it,

Also i am starting to feel bit Sorry for Royals having a blabbering loose mouth in the family who unexpectedly goes rogue like a loose cannon pin ball game

It's wild some stuff coming up out of his mouth, like disbanded the world/The Daily Star and The sun Newstead combined together.

I mean it's kind of tabloid Sleezy stuff Prince Harry is coming out with directing about his family

Absolutely agree with this.

If one of Kate Middleton's friends talked to the Daily Mail about her, then she would no longer be part of that group. It's very likely she'd get divorced as her husband would want to remain in that group. Her children would have to leave the school because it would be too unpleasant. Everybody in that set would hate her. The only reason for doing it would be money and it's very very unlikely that one of Kate Middleton's friends is short of money.

This is why the phone hacking scandal was so incredibly cruel, because stories were leaked by tabloids illegally hacking phones but the royals must have thought wow I can’t trust even my closest friends.

My guess is you have a few extremely rich friends who can’t be bought by tabloid cash, basically. Harry didn’t sell stories until he got stressed about money for his children’s lifetime security needs.

I assumed this thread was about H&M..I mean how would anyone want to be friends and confide in them now?
