It depends how you define prostitution I suppose.

All the young men in the royal family have had streams of young, horsey, posh, shire girls keen to see if they can catch their roving eye. Back in the day, my Dh and I used to see things at private members' clubs frequented by the aristos.
They do not need to pay unless they are attracted by the thrill of a financial transaction. It is hard to say whether Harry and Uncle Andrew like it edgier, it seems probable.
If they have Vegas associations, that makes it even more likely as even regular tourists walking along the strip with their families will be handed a wad of calling leaflets so it is there for the taking.
