William and Catherine were in Surrey earlier so may not be home .

Also does anyone know the schedule of the guards watching over the coffin, Ive noticed that at 25 past each hour there is a change over, but I thought they did 6 hour shifts?

Saw William in MaccyDs car park an hour ago eating a double Big Mac.

They change over every 20 mins. The shifts are to do 20 mins on, 40 off for 6 hours.

Originally Harry wasn’t going to be allowed to wear uniform tomorrow but after multiple pointed comments in the press about him apparently being seen as worse than Andrew by the RF, they’ve changed it to let him wear uniform. He and Andrew will be wearing suits the rest of the time.

*I’m not necessarily supporting Harry and Meghan but even if you believe every word printed about them and disbelieve every word they say (and I don’t do either of those things), they aren’t nearly as bad as Andrew and the constant claim that they should be treated the same as ‘non-working Royals’ isn’t going down well with the World press.

It was on bbc news that the king has given him a special request to wear it today just for the vigil same has Harry will be wearing his tomorrow as well for the vigil.

They’ve just said on the news that all 8 of the grandchildren are going to do the vigil tomorrow.

My thoughts exactly. Andrew dined on being a Falklands veteran ever since. Despite the fact that there are thousands of other veterans in much less privileged positions than him.

The man’s a disgrace in my opinion.

I'm curious to know if people currently serving in the armed forces are pleased to see a royal wearing their uniform? Is it official and welcome recognition of their regiment? Or is it a bit of a kick in the teeth for those who have served?

If it's seen as a mark of respect and welcomed then I'm all for it. But I've never been in the forces so I don't think I can judge really.

Does anyone know how the royal cars get about, the one in Wales today, is that always kept in Wales or did it come back to London in time for tonight or was it a different car used to take them to the vigil in London?

Yes, there's a fleet of royal cars.

No idea how they will have moved them around for this (or whether there are any permanently stationed outside London). If they don't want them to be obvious, the I guess it would be on a vehicle transporter of some sort. And for armoured cars (which are extremely heavy) they'd need an extra-strong one.

If push comes to shove, a car can be flown to a destination - but that would usually only be for foreign trips (bit like how the US President has The Beast flown around)

Of the 12 DGGC so far, it's 5 males 7 females. I imagine B & E will have at least one more each then eventually L & J will have 1-3. So probably 16-20 DGGC but maybe not for another 20 years.

I didn’t. My reply was about the security issues if the Wales’ and Sussexes were also at Westminster Hall last night. Given that Lena Tindall was there that suggested all three Wales children would have been seen as old enough to be there.
