I think Sophie is lovely and has aged so well too. Prince Carl of Sweden is absolutely gorgeous, imo. His sister Madeleine is very pretty too. Charlotte Casiraghi from Monaco is stunning imo. Who's the hottest Royal in your view?

I disagree that Kate looks unhealthy. She is an attractive woman of 40. She doesn't look younger than her age, and that is okay.

Neither does she look older,, she looks fine.

I agree there is nothing unhealthy about her appearance, on the contrary she seems fit and well.

It’s strange to hear of people in their 40s or younger smoking nowadays. I know very few people who smoke nowadays. She’d have had to stop during her pregnancies. It’s seems a strange choice to take up smoking again unless William is a smoker and cigs are around the house.

This is what passes for looking unhealthy/old for 40? Really?? Some of you have very high standards!

No fan of Kate, but she does look effortlessly amazing always, even when she's not very dressed up.

Kate definitely. But princess Margaret was an absolute stunner in her younger days. She looked like a film star.

Why so bitter? You might not like her, although I’m not sure whether you actually know her, however not point denying that she is a beautiful woman.

Queen Victoria’s genes are really strong. I was looking at a photo of Andrew in profile yesterday and he looked just like her.

Empress Elizabeth of Austria is an interesting one. (Mother of Crown Prince Rudolf who killed himself and his 17 year old lover in the famous Mayerling incident). She was renowned for her beauty and to maintain her figure and face underwent extreme exercise and beauty regimes which must have taken up most of the day. It’s likely that she may have been anorexic, certainly she was obsessive when it came to appearance.
