So apparently Harry pitched the series with Oprah to the Queen saying it was to be about the mental health of army veterans. This was 2018 two years before Megxit, so did Harry lie to his Grandma or did someone talk him into talking about something completely different?

My guess would be that it's original purpose changed around the time the money from Charles dried up tbh.
