I’ve thought she’s been treated horribly by the media in recent weeks/months. I am however very surprised that she’s set up pap pics. I thought this was all about privacy so why would she do this?

I'm sure if Archie was uncomfortable he'd be letting her know. Babies aren't known for being quiet when they're unhappy.

They are quite obviously set up, they look pretty close range and she is looking directly at the camera. Compare to the ones of Harry getting off the plane or the ones taken of her at the airport the other day etc.

I'm sure that the majority of celebrity 'pap' photos are staged, it doesn't surprise me and tbh why not - this will be their life now it's what they have chosen and we will see lots of these. They are celebrities now.

To me, MM seems an almost hilariously blatant self publicist. I’m genuinely astonished that so many people are taken in by her

Twenty billion shots would have been taken - by probability, it would be odd if a small percentage of those didn't have her looking into the lens. They look like they have been taken far away, not close at all.

If I wanted to have shots set up, I would be trying to look natural, not grinning at the camera, unless people think it's an elaborate triple dipple bluff. I am fairly neutral on all the protagonists of this situation, but I don't think this is a set up.

Vancouver Island is not that big. I'm sure the paps know where she is by now. Not too hard to send paps close to where she lives, how many airports are there at this place anyway?

I also thought this was a set up otherwise how would the paps know where she was. All the time she and Harry have been in Vancouver prior to the announcement they were leaving the Royal Family there weren't any pap pics, let along one where she is smiling smugly. And who the fuck is paying for TWO security chaps walking behind her (no doubt one each to pick up the dog's crap)

Even though their son is M-W (a surname for those without title or rol style), her husband never has been. On the occasions he's needed a surname, he's been Wales. If you were changing your name on marriage wouldn't you adopt your DH's, not the one for yr puts everyone future DC?

It seems she planned to be photographed. As for nobody telling her how to hold the baby, both at the polo match and now in a sling, well I don't think she is the type of person to take advice if she is doing something others consider incorrect.

I agree that newspapers should stop printing anything about them. They wanted 'privacy' so let them have it. Its such hypocrisy though when they are now celebrities like Kardashians etc!

She’s issued a legal warning to the media about using these pictures. They did think they would escape to Canada. As if they wouldn’t be chased up there! She says photographers were hiding in bushes. Whatever next! This won’t be the best move ever! They might think they are private but I guess she wasn’t on private property.

They won’t silence newspapers world wide. It’s too late for that.

They've issued a warning to the press saying these were taken by photographers hiding in bushes. I like them, I think they're brave, but the photos do look as though she knows the press are there so not sure what that's all about, she seems to be walking alone so if not smiling at the camera, then why she smiling so much?!!

It could be anyone taking a pic and sending to press. No idea about set up part.

They will get less protection from media intrusion now they are out of the royal family, she knows the score as she has been a part of that world before. She looks happy enough, I am sure if she was that puturbed her security detail could have stopped them, she must have known they were there as she is smiling right into the camera in one of them.

Isn’t that because the British media outlets have an agreement not to buy pap photos of their children. In return they release photos at certain points during the year. There were some photos but I don’t think a single British publication printed them.
