We have a list in the office:

Nigel
Wayne
Dave
Alan
Bernard

sheddooropen · 23/04/2018 14:19

I really hope he is called either James or Arthur

There are too many James (Prince Edward's son, Kate's brother and brother-in-law)

It might be Alexander (as the Royal family has form for recycling middle names)

I think Phillip will be one of the middle names, and maybe Michael.

Rupert, maybe? Or Richard?

Sparkletastic · 23/04/2018 14:24

Barry

glitterbiscuits · 23/04/2018 14:25

Please let it be something that stops us all in our tracks!

I think Alan

Or Ethelred if they want something more conventional.

AuntieStella · 23/04/2018 14:27

Aethestan would be awesome!

But I think they'll be more traditional. Frederick, Christian, Rupert.

Or perhaps Stephen (Kevin perhaps a step too far?)

OldGuard · 23/04/2018 14:29

I’d love a Prince Caspian

But I’m voting for Albert Charles Philip Louis

sheddooropen · 23/04/2018 14:32

Arthur James would be my favourite but that’s just preference

OP posts:
EdithWeston · 23/04/2018 14:45

I really don't think Prince Albert is a useable name any more......

OldGuard · 23/04/2018 15:17

Alas Edith I fear you are correct Grin

sheddooropen · 23/04/2018 15:29

Yeah I don't think they will pick Albert which is a shame because it's a lovely name

OP posts:
TroysMammy · 23/04/2018 16:08

George IV was called Bertie so perhaps Albert would be a contender but then again Queen Victoria's eldest son was called Bertie and by all accounts he was a pita.

EdithWeston · 23/04/2018 16:40

Anyone remember how long it took to announce names for the elder two?

Perhaps a different Bertie name - Robert most likely, but there's also Cuthbert, Hubert, Bertram, Egbert, Norbert, and even Pubert.

ajandjjmum · 23/04/2018 17:30

I think it was only a couple of days.

Ivegotfamilyandidrinkcupsoftea · 23/04/2018 17:32

2 days each time so i read!

IlPorcupinoNilSodomyEst · 23/04/2018 17:32

Pubert???!!

sheddooropen · 23/04/2018 18:36

Considering the late bets for a boy this morning I wonder if Arthur the bookies favourite may be chosen. Does anyone know if the bookies were right last time?
