It all goes very odd from around 10.20 onwards. At one point OP is talking about her plans for the next day, then within a few minutes her child has got hurt, there's been a massive row, but her son's gone to bed and fallen asleep, then a few minutes later she has her bags packed ready to go. It just doesn't work.
