Given that this is far from the first time this has happened, it seems odd that arrangements haven't been made for this bloke to be be suspended by Night Watch somehow.

That's why people like him come here after midnight. It makes the site somewhat unusable for those not necessarily on the UK time zone, shift workers and/or insomniacs; which is a real shame.

Night watch can only do so much, unless they are given the tools for the job.

I've said many times that night watch need the banning facility. It's unfair for those who aren't from the UK to have to see this every night.
