Distasteful Property/Rightmove Thread - Hoarding Disorder/Issues

Hi Night Watch,

Please can you take a look at this thread (I hope the link works).

The interior photos clearly show someone with severe Hoarding Disorder lived there, and from the photos/info the person, or their relatives, could probably be easily identified. Hoarding Disorder is a Mental Health Condition, which is very destructive, both for the sufferer, and their family or friends, and causes lots of issues and distress. I don't think this, or any mental health condition, should be should be getting posted about in this manner, and people gawping at the condition of the house and some then commenting negatively/sneering at it/the householder etc.

Completely agree - clearly the poster of that thread has no experience of how devastating hoarding can be to both the sufferer and their family.

I agree. I hate these rightmove threads where they criticise any property

They think it’s fun, but this is someone’s house, someone’s relative who lives there, we have no idea of the background to any of them and why they are being sold, and I am pretty sure the owners would be horrified at the comments
