I managed to take a look at the thread (before The Fastest Trigger Finger in the West, @ANightwatcher got to it )
and it was going downhill fast in terms of how helpful it was going to be

The Night Watch won't just hide a thread because we are asked to on this NW board or if we get an alert after many reports etc.
But things can often go downhill at night, so we sometimes will hide things before they get out of control.

MNHQ will take a look in the morning and reinstate if they see fit
