This is bollocks.
I've been to lots of A&Es, unfortunately.
You check in, and give the reception an outline of why you're there.
Anyone presenting with possible Corona virus symptoms would be out the door and round to the ' virus pod' before their feet touched the ground.
NOT waiting for hours' in A& E as claimed.
And if the patient turned up today, they wouldn't get test results the same day. Almost certainly sent home to self isolate, and await results.
Why does this matter?
Spreads fear.
Could discourage people who genuinely should be in A,& E.
I
