Is this thread an everyday thing, to watch other threads and to help people? If so I'm keen to be part of it! Just the title of it made me think it's a grouo or recognised title?

The night watch is mainly for spotting trolls and hiding their threads, as MNHQ aren’t active 24/7.

At this time theres nothing in the thread that warrants NW intervention. The thread has been running for several days now. If anyone has any concerns just flag it up to MNHQ
