Recommendations for automatic cat feeders and quiet water fountains please

Can anyone give some advice on both automatic cat feeders and water fountains. Which ones you have and recommend? And which ones to avoid?

The feeder would be for dry food (she does also get wet food in her diet). We'd like it to release twice a day and each release would be a different amount, if it's possible to get one to do that?

The water fountain would ideally mimic a tap as she ignores her water bowl in favour of the bathroom tap! I'd also like it to be a quiet as possible, we tried one and the constant buzz of the motor drove me crazy, the sound of the water trickling would be fine.

Thanks in advance!

We got a water fountain as the cat would only drink from the tap too. The trickle sound drove me mad and the cat still didn’t drink from it. Sorry!

Ours has the Catit Pixi fountains and they are very quiet , particularly the rechargeable one . We have the plastic ones as the metal version was really loud .

I got an automatic feeder from Amazon. It has variable feeding choices. My cats now love it more than they love me

She did start to drink from the one we briefly tried so I'm hopeful

So plastic over metal would be best, I'll have a look at that one, thank you

😂 oh no! I hope my cat still loves me after I do this, so you know what brand it is by any chance?
