Living room smells of cat wee and I cannot find the source

Seriously where is it?!

my living room smells of cat wee, one of mine does wee in strange places but even in the words of the vet ‘she’s an arsehole’

ive had the torch out and cannot identify where she’s weed, I’ve had the spray out of n every soft furnishing but I have a date coming over tonight and it’s horrible!

Have you got an ultraviolet torch? Pee lights up with one.

Rather random, but you haven’t bought a melon have you? I turned my kitchen upside down trying to find the pee. I bleached every surface, scrubbed every wall, washed every soft furnishing. Turned out, it was the melon I had sitting on my worktop?

Can't help with locating cat wee, sorry - but do you happen to have a basil plant? We have one in the porch and it absolutely does smell like cat wee sometimes.

Yes to the melon , exact same happened to me, or daffodils , if you have daffs in a vase it’s them .

We have Elderflower in the garden which is giving cat wee smelly at the moment.

Banana skin can often smell a bit like vet wee also.

I don't have any of those things in the house 😂but I do have the source...it was one of the cushions on the sofa (decorative cushion) How she's managed to do that just on one tiny part of it I have no idea!
