15 year old cat with black lumps under chin

Hi,

My female cat has had some lumps appear under her chin. It doesn't look like cat acne, more like moles that have scabbed over and seems to be 2 distinct ones under chin. They don't cause any distress and she is in great health. No previous health issues.

Could they be blackheads or is it worth a trip to the vet?

Could still be cat acne. It can be lumps as well as the more typical vets. One of mine had it quite badly and needed steroids to get it under control. So I would consider the vet if it gets worse or you’re unsure what it is but otherwise the most common cause is plastic bowls and bowls being left out where bacteria can breed.
