Weird question regarding clumping litter. Male vs female

I have two cats, four trays all spaced out. I use Everclean multicat litter.
Is there a scientific reason as to why my male cats urine clumps perfectly in an easy to remove clump but my females seems to crumble and not clump? Is this a thing? It's very annoying.

@Brummumm now you've said that it seems so bloody obvious! I think I'll just purchase an extra fine scoop especially for her, she is getting old now at 13 and it's a new thing so just thought I'd check it was nothing to be concerned about as silly as that may sound 😅. My male is 12 so they're both getting old and I think I'm constantly on edge and my vet is probably fed up of me 😅
