how to cancel untamed when they didn't send an email?

My mum got the trial box last week, she didn't sign up for an account she just gave them her email, she wants to cancel it but how does she do it if she doesn't have an account?

asked her to look in her spam etc to see if there is any emails from them but the only one she has had is the delivery notification.

If she emails they will be very helpful. I did a trial last year when our cat was having vomiting issues, and then they actually repeated the trial because she would only eat the tuna ones. I cancelled it because it turned out she actually had intestinal lymphoma, and we PTS shortly after she was diagnosed. Out of the blue earlier this year I had an email from them saying "dead cat's name must be missing her delicious food" which really upset me, and I emailed asking them to remove me from mailing lists - I got a nice message back from them apologising within a couple of hours.

We adopted a little boy cat shortly after we lost our lovely girl, and he's very popular on Instagram. They keep messaging me asking to send us food for him like he's some sort of kitty influencer. Unfortunately he won't touch it!

Yes email them and explain.

I got caught out with a trial where a full delivery arrived after 14 days when I expected I had longer to cancel as it's 30 days cycle for regular deliveries. I emailed them and they collleted the unwanted delivery and refunded the charge (fussy blasted cat wouldn't eat it!).

I’ve delayed my second box on their website as I’m not convinced Penelope will eat it all.

I had my trial last week. The next one was meant to be Monday. A bit quick!
